I am Esther Jongste, owner of EM | Surface Design, based in the Netherlands. As textile and surface designer, I create unique pattern designs, tailored for the intended end-product in the home craft, quilting, home decor, children's and men's apparel market. Hand drawn elements characterize the artistic starting point of open and light-hearted artwork. Next to that I am a photographer, I love to work with textiles. Lately I picked up my drawing pencil again and I took a painting class this spring. Always curious to new technics, so Creativebug is a wonderful source for me.
