As a long-time crocheter, I have a lot of joint pain and have learned so much about how pain in one part of the body is connected to others. I love Liza's whole-body approach and look forward to incorporating her warm-ups and poses into my crochet practice!
Love Liza's approach and instruction. The variety of stretches and poses will be so useful for everyday life as well as during crafting periods!
Great stretches, poses, ideas. Could have been five star. But, not performing them on the opposite side left me feeling awkward and unbalanced. Even when the instructor said to do them on the opposite side, there was not enough time allotted in the video.
