- Light- to medium-weight knit fabric in cotton or rayon spandex/elastane blend with two-way stretch, XS: 1 1/2 yards (1.4 m); S-M: 1 1/2 yards (1.4 m); L-XL: 1 5/8 yards (1.5 m); 2X-3X: 1 3/4 yards (1.6 m); 4X: 1 7/8 yards (1.7 m)

Very helpful. I esp. appreciate the information about how to tell what size zigzag is right for the particular fabric, and how to use a twin needle, in addition to all the great stuff about sewing with knits and creating this garment.
