Sue's work is impeccable and often wins awards in juried shows. She knows her stuff when it comes to basting. I go through a lot of phases in my quilt top designs, but I stick to these same rules when I baste them for machine or hand quilting. I get great results every time, regardless of how formal the quilting is.
