There is no pattern or template needed - you will be doodling your very own unique quilt design. Annabel teaches you how to draw and create a template, choose fabric colors, and appliqué with monofilament thread. You'll then straight-line quilt and finish your wall-hanging with a facing. Gather up all your fabric scraps in your favorite hues, because you are about to make something really special.

- Aurifil, Sulky, or Superior threads clear monofilament thread
- Neutral thread/thread that matches background fabric
- Heat and Bond lite fusible interfacing
- Pellon tracing cloths or another pattern tracing paper material
- Shape flex
- Pellon SF101 fusible interfacing
- Frixion erasable pen
- Black fine tip sharpie
- Various solid color fat quarters for doodle shapes
- 36" x 36” piece of solid fabric for background
- 36” x 36” piece of solid fabric for backing
- 36” x 36” piece of thin batting
- 12" x 44" or equivalent of solid fabric for facing
- Sewing machine with walking foot
- Microtex sharp needles
- Scotch or washi tape
- Rotary cutter and mat
- Iron and ironing surface
- Ironing spray
- Scissors
- Seam ripper (optional)
