I found it very interesting; I really like the way you hold the two colors at the same time. I don't know how to do continental knitting though, so I wish you would do the stitch slower, so that I could get a better look at how you are doing it.

A good introduction. I liked her examples of catching floats. I feel like she could have mentioned which color would be dominant since she does talk about holding the yarn for color dominance, although that topic is an entire class on its own.
