Great tips and info on a traditional pie crust recipe. My Mum would take the left over crust and make the largest rectangle with it, then spread butter all over it, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon. Roll into a long log, slice, and make little mini cinnamon roll cookies with it. I wonder how many generations of mine used that tip!

Great class! I have made lots of pies in the past but more often than not, I did not make the crust from scratch. This class is a great introduction and has many useful tips for making your own crust as well as a few tips for decorative tops. :)
