Lots of great information! Rebecca is really clear and demonstrates the specific way to hold the needles and fibers. I appreciated her explanation of the different threads and other fibers, needles, cloth, and other items needed for the work. Her hand tension-relief exercises were a revelation. I plan to use these stitches in crazy quilts and visible mending; Rebecca's class has gotten me eager to dig in to new projects!
