The directions are clear, pattern is uncomplicated, and it provides enough freedom to modify it to one's own style.

Star motifs are my favourites and I really love the scrappy look of this one. I like that the whole quilt comes together so quickly. I could do several of these in a day, so this would be a great quilt for gifting.
