I really enjoyed watching this class. The teacher has a great personality and explains well. The class is fun to watch, even if you aren't going to can. I am not sure how long tomatoes are good on the shelf, and I did not hear the teacher say, but I believe she covered 110% of everything else. I will watch this again.
