Interesting! As a weaver, this is the first time i have seen a weaver's knot actually demonstrated. Printed instructions for it don't cut it! It was worth watching for that, but I also enjoyed the discussion and comparison of the various types of adhesives. We don't have pastry flour in Australia so not sure what I can substitute with if gluten-free doesn't work.
